The policy follows Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”.
2. What we process
The Operator processes only what a visitor enters in the contact form:
- name;
- email address or Telegram username;
- company name (optional);
- the message and anything the visitor includes in it.
3. Purposes
- replying to the request and discussing the visitor’s task;
- entering into and performing a contract, if the request leads to one.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the data subject’s consent, given separately when submitting the form, and on the need to enter into and perform a contract with the data subject.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Site does not use cookies, web analytics or third-party trackers. Web server logs (IP address, request time, page address) are kept for a limited time for security purposes and are not used to identify visitors.
6. Retention
Form data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved, but no longer than three years after the last contact, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first.
Requests are stored in the Site’s database on the Operator’s servers in the Russian Federation. Notifications to staff about new requests contain no personal data.
7. Disclosure
The Operator does not sell or share personal data with third parties, except where required by Russian law. Personal data is not transferred across borders.
