TK-IRSA TMS
The transport management system of a freight company: orders, carriers, rates and counterparty checks in one place.
Problem
TK-IRSA’s logistics staff juggled several outside tools: orders came from shippers’ tender portals and messenger chats, carriers were found on ATI.SU, rates were worked out by hand, and counterparty checks lived with a separate security team. We wrote the first tools for ourselves and tested them in daily work — the system grew out of them.
Who it's for: Dispatchers, team leads and the security team of a freight company.
What we built
- Orders from every source. Imports from shippers’ tender portals, and LLM-based parsing of loads posted in messenger chats.
- Carrier work. ATI.SU integration: search, data reconciliation, profile quality control.
- Counterparty checks. A security-team workspace: registry, phone and document checks, a case queue, operator decisions with history.
- Logistics centre. Task distribution across dispatchers, targets and performance.
- Calculations. Cost per trip, market rate, axle load.
- Integrations. Telephony, fuel cards, email, MAX messenger.
Our role
Design, engineering, rollout and ongoing development since 2022.
Outcome
The system is the main working tool for TK-IRSA’s dispatchers. It grew from a set of utilities into a platform with dozens of integrations, and the security team’s experience became the foundation for id.Verify.
